Minimum allowed booking window is (14) business days in advance of preferred play date
All booking needs and request are to be facilitated by Golf Experiences Concierge services, please do not contact the golf club directly. A fee will be incurred if the client (or any member of clients party) contacts the Club directly (via email or phone) and makes any unauthorized changes without going through the Golf Experience Concierge.
All green fees, guest fees, cart fees and caddie fees (if applicable) are to be paid by each golfer on the day
of play. Please be prepared to pay all fees upon arrival at the Destination Club (Pro-Shop) before teeing off.
Once a tee time is requested and approved by the Golf Club a change fee will be incurred.
Once tee times are confirmed it cancelation fees will apply
Rates for confirmed tee times will be provided at time of booking. Rates and Tee Time availability is subject to change and additional policies may applied per golf club.

Exclusive to World Elite Mastercard cardholders. Experience is available across various North American cities. Cardholder may only play a selected Hidden Network course once per year. Tee time reservation includes green fee and cart fee only. The maximum number of golfers may vary by course. Access to courses is subject to availability as determined by participating courses, and may be affected by seasonal maintenance, course events, and other scheduling considerations. This experience is non-refundable upon purchase, unless otherwise noted.
