Minimum allowed booking window is (3) business days in advance of preferred play date
All booking needs and request are to be facilitated by Golf Experiences Concierge services, please do not contact the golf club directly. A fee will be incurred if the client (or any member of clients party) contacts the Club directly (via email or phone) and makes any unauthorized changes without going through the Golf Experience Concierge.
All tee times are paid in advance, no payments or changes will be allowed upon at arrival at the golf club. If any changes are made directly with the course upon arrival a fee will be incurred.
Once a tee time is requested and approved by the Golf Club a change fee will be incurred.
Once tee times are confirmed it cancelation fees will apply
Rates for confirmed tee times will be provided at time of booking. Rates and Tee Time availability is subject to change and additional policies may applied per golf club.

Exclusive to World Elite Mastercard cardholders. Experience is available across various North American cities. Cardholder may only play a selected Hidden Network course once per year. Tee time reservation includes green fee and cart fee only. Experience requires a minimum of two (2) golfers and maximum number of golfers varies by course. Access to courses is based on availability dictating by participating courses, subject to seasonal maintenance and in adherence to any current COVID protocols. This experience is non-refundable upon purchase, unless otherwise noted.
